    Can I join the experience without a reservation?

    The experience is available for participants aged 16 and above.

    How long does the entire experience take?

    A.

    Including dressing and photography, the total duration is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours from check-in to departure.

    Is it okay if it rains?

    A.

    Yes. In case of rain, the photo session will take place indoors, where you can still enjoy views of the Japanese garden in the background.
    However, if there is a severe weather warning or heavy snowfall, we may close for safety reasons. In such cases, we’ll contact you before your scheduled time.

    Can I join alone?

    Yes, solo participants are welcome. Please note that the fee remains the same.

    Can I choose the color and pattern of the wedding kimono?

    A.

    Yes. On the day, you may choose your favorite from six designs.
    Our staff, certified in personal color analysis, will help you select the one that best complements you.
    Each design has its own symbolic meaning, making the selection process an enjoyable part of the experience.

    I’m worried about sizing.

    We can accommodate up to approximately clothing size 3L. Depending on body type, dressing may be difficult, so please consult us in advance.

    Do I need to bring my own tabi socks or undergarments?

    A.

    We provide both, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

    What about hairstyles?

    A.

    We will provide a simple hair set. Please come with clean hair and avoid using hairspray or styling products.

    Do you offer makeup services?

    Please come with your usual makeup. Lip color will be applied here.
    Note: An optional full makeup service is available upon request.

    Can I enjoy this experience year-round?

    Yes. You can enjoy seasonal beauty—cherry blossoms in spring, lush greenery in summer, autumn foliage, and snowy winter scenery (weather permitting).
    However, we recommend avoiding midsummer if you are sensitive to heat.

    Can I participate if I am pregnant?

    We’re sorry, but this experience is not available for pregnant guests.

    Is there a waiting area for companions?

    Yes, companions may wait during dressing and are welcome to join during the photo session.

    Yes. Infants who can remain calm are welcome.. Please ensure they are supervised by a guardian at all times.

    Can you keep my belongings?

    Yes. We provide large storage bags to keep your items safely until the end of the experience.

    Can I take photos during the dressing process?

    Yes, you are welcome to take photos freely.

    Can I eat or drink during the experience?

    We kindly ask that you refrain from eating or drinking while wearing kimono. We recommend having your meal beforehand.
